Exciting show featuring photographic art by Kristensen-Smith and sculpture by Chaka Chikodzi.
Chaka is an Ontario based sculptor originally from Zimbabwe. Chaka recently completed an international residency with Voti Thebe, regional director of the National Gallery of Zimbabwe in Bulawayo. His current sculpting project explores the nexus between geological time and human memory.
Melissa Kristensen-Smith is a Waterloo, Ontario based photographer. This show will feature some never before seen images on reclaimed wood from recent trips to New York, and of course her favourite city Toronto.
